Cromlix offers three distinct dining venues: The Garden Room, a glass-fronted bistro overlooking the main lawn; Cradle, an intimate 16-cover fine dining experience; and The Glasshouse, serving afternoon tea in reimagined surroundings. Executive Head Chef James Mearing leads the culinary team, drawing on produce from the hotel's Kitchen Garden and the finest Scottish ingredients. Guests can also enjoy breakfast in the room, a selection of wines and champagnes, and special diet menus that accommodate dietary preferences.

Cromlix has 20 rooms and suites, including a new ground-floor accessible suite and the self-catering Laurel Gate Lodge. Each room is designed under Kim Murray's creative direction, featuring botanical interiors, contemporary art, and furnishings from local Scottish artisans. Rooms come with a private bathroom, tea and coffee maker, and turndown service with shortbread made from Andy Murray's grandmother's recipe.

The Woodland Retreat spa offers treatments from MODM and Bamford, including back, foot, full body, head, neck massage, and a sauna with cold plunge. Guests can also book in-room massages with therapists like Ping. Additional wellness options include the sauna and cold plunge, as well as outdoor activities like walking.

The estate spans 34 acres of woodlands and landscaped gardens, with a private lochan inhabited by swans and herons. Guests have exclusive access to tennis and pickleball courts, a chapel on the grounds, and well-marked woodland walks. The hotel also provides wellington boots for walks to the lochan and offers tennis lessons with a coach.
